I live in Tucson and I had no idea about this song, which seems to be from some 60's Italian "western". Now I'm tempted to try and watch it and see if they pretend they were anywhere near here.

'Tucson' does punch above its weight in popular culture, I think because the name sounds so cool.

I'm not sure about "underrated"

because... I am not sure how to "rate" music, and even if I went by "popularity" or "mainstream presence" that... that has never really mattered to me, how much other people like a certain song, band or music... doesn't really matter to me and it doesn't concern me... lol

either I like it myself, or I don't... so, "underrated" or "overrated" I don't know

but I can sure tell you dozens, even hundreds of songs and bands that when I mention them... not so many people know about them, and I pretty much never "hear anyone" talking about them, lol... and I don't mind that either

many of them... are meaningful to me for personal reasons, experiences and associations so, anyway...
