My husband & I have been hopping from city to city within the 3 host nations and we're both so elated to see so many people (players and spectators) partying together.
Like a field journalist, I'd interview both visiting players and football fans how they feel about the America.
They'd chant "USA! USA!! USA!!!" altogether and repeatedly say that we're such great hosts filled with accommodating and friendly locals.
I even heard some say that they've "been lied to about Americans being racists and violent" and they followed up with "Lies!" because they clearly don't see us that way.
My husband & I have invited some of the visiting players and fans to our home to watch the Argentina v. Belgium match which resulted to big, wild party.
Regardless of who wins the World Cup, this is then happiest, most fun-filled World Cup ever!

Thanks for the MHO. :)
I must be the ONLY person on the planet who has precisely ZERO INTEREST in this, or in football/soccer.
On the edge of your seat, but extremely corrupt. I'm American myself, but I agree now that the U. S. should never be allowed to host it again. Same problems we see in the Gold Cup. Everything in the U. S. is about MONEY! It's so obvious the refs helped certain teams get through, so certain matches would happened. Spain vs Portugal brings viewers and money, Spain vs Croatia doesn't. And when everyone thought Argentina will be out and Egypt will be through, tickets for the next match dropped from $2000 to $800. Americans only care about stuffing their pockets, and not protecting the sanctity of the game. Very sad.
Not to mention outright banning Russia
It’s been doing good. America has done a great job. Sold out stadiums all around good support for the USA
It’s been wild so far ⚽️🔥
The underdog upsets are my favorite part, it feels like a great indie film where the script refuses to be predictable. Some big nations underperforming adds drama, and the late goals are pure cinema. The atmosphere in the stadiums, the fan culture, the emotional roller coaster… it all feels like a month-long blockbuster 🎬
Hey you stole my strapline! Dumbass AI

An interesting tournament. A few upsets, but most of the remaining teams are in FIFA's top rankings, as usual.
germany is out so i'm happen. you wouldn't believe how annoying this shit is in germany. everyone talks about this shit all day. if you don't care about it, you'll be annoyed all day.
As long as they're still protecting the World Testicles, I think it's a good thing.
Scam like every world cup in last two decades.
i thought fifa and world cup were different tournaments. hahabye
It's been unpredictable. Some matches are very interesting to watch.
They made people sleep so that what was done wouldn't be forgotten. Trump, the Epstein case, etc.
To be forgotten
The best possible advertisement for the USA.
I think the World Cup is pointless. I wonder what real benefit it brings to countries.
It's a scam. The competition costs more to host than it brings in. It's still fun to watch though.
I think that Norway is doing a good job and Erling Halland is receiving so much hype!
It was going fine until Trump interfered with it
It's been wild. Even Trump can't ruin it. Go England!
Have no interest in it myself.🥱 yawn
Disappointed many good countries out :( ⚽
it was a big money grab.
It's quite surprising,
eh, it's soccer
