For me that's this 70s classic Be Like A Woman by Chris Rainbow. I'm just now hearing it and can't get it out of my head.

“Sign of the Times” a song by Harry Styles released 2017.. I just knew about it recently because I don’t listen to this singer that much.

this is a very interesting question, I grew up in the 70s which when all the good music was created so I think I have heard all the most important tunes. My roommate in college was a jerk but he had an amazing collection of records. This song was something that really resonated with me and still does. Anyone who ever looked at my profile has seen this.

I love that you discovered Chris Rainbow so late, that era has so many hidden gems 🎧

For me, a funny recent one was “Baker Street” by Gerry Rafferty. I’d heard the sax riff in movies forever but never knew the actual song until a couple of years ago. Now it’s on my painting playlist nonstop.

Also got embarrassingly late to “Ain’t No Sunshine” in full. I knew the hook, but the whole track just hits differently when you sit and really listen 😅

Probably, I have a huge music collection but there is more music out there than I could ever listen to. And life happened... military service, Fortune 100 career, kids. I basically stopped caring about music for 20-30 years. Here's one I missed that blew be away.

Not presently, but i discovered “Party in the USA” by Miley Cyrus years after its hay day and i still jam to it from time to time. I am not sure if i also discovered “Burn it to the Ground” by Nickelback late, or if it simply never had a hay day. I honestly don’t understand the Nickelback shade at all.
