I remember it, but it was more of something my younger brother was into when it came on Toonami. I borrowed the dvd's he has and tried watch it from the original Dragon Ball through GT and that was a slog lol

Too much filler of episodes dedicated to one guy powering up for 3 or 4 episodes just to unleash an attack that either missed or didn't finish the job. Not really my kind of anime unfortunately.

I totally do 🤩 Dragon Ball Z was my whole childhood. I used to pause the TV during fight scenes and try to draw Goku and Vegeta frame by frame. The colors, the dramatic power-ups, the over-the-top screaming, everything felt so epic. The Cell and Majin Buu sagas still live rent-free in my head 💥✨
