Why is he jealous if he just sexually wants me?

I assume that he just wants me sexually, I mean he shows the signs that he just wants me as a fuck buddy, but I could be wrong. But everytime I bring up a guy, he cuts me off, or he just gets stupidly angry. But yet he'll sometimes bring up girls that he had sex with. He was on my laptop and he was on his Facebook and he was laughing at what my mom said on FB. So I noticed my old friend commented on what my mom said, and I said "Tyler H? I didn't know my mom is friends with him! Wow! Click on his page" and then he clicked on his page and he was like "How do you know him?" I said "He's an old friend" He said "Did you fuck him?" I said "No" He said "You fucked him!" and he clicked off the page and got up all mad.

I could go on and on about stories of his jealousy with me and guys. It is so noticeable. But yet he seems to only be sexually attracted to me, he is kinda the player type. He is not that type that commits. So that is why I don't get why it matters who I go out with and such if he just wants a fuck buddy? Also he'll say all the time "Where you going?" "You look nice where you going?" I just don't get it. Maybe is it something else? What do you think?

People like to downplay sex. They want to believe it is a mere biological function with no basis for bonding.

They are however, very wrong.

Have you slept with this guy? If you have, you have bonded to him.

Even though he hasn't manned up enough to commit himself to you, that connection is still there. Why does he get jealous? For the same reason any man would get jealous with someone a part of him is attached to, when he thinks she has been with/ is with/ is going to be with someone, anyone else.

If he was a stronger man, he would open himself up to you completely, and give all of himself to you- and do it in an honorable way- in celibacy. He wouldn't be jealous- because he knows he has devoted himself to you wholly- which is what you want, deep down.

The whole anger thin is very immature, and a sign that he is keeping a lot of himself from you (Which is bad for a long term relationship).

If you have not been intimate, then it's a sign he is interested, but does not know how to go about it. There is enough of his psyche that is open to the possibility of having a mate, but most of who he is will never be yours.

1. He brings up girls topic to see if it affects you in any way i.e. watches your reaction to see if you get jealous or stuff
2. With most men even if they want a girl or many girls to be only their fuck buddies, they have this sense of possessiveness & they want her only to themselves which is false ego (even if they aren't in a position to satisfy all the girls and they know it, still they won't want the girl to go to someone else emotionally or otherwise). It's a situation of creating dependency on which their ego feeds.
3. The player types are always mostly that way

Really? Hmm...I didn't know that! I never had sex with him though, I am just platonic friends with him. But what's weird is that I told my guy friends about it, and they all said the same thing that they have fuck buddies and they don't care who their fuck buddies sleep with cause it's just a fuck buddy! Players tend to be more jealous cause they are players :)

They are players cause they lack self confidence, playing around gives them that ego boost.
