What does it mean when your called "prissy"?

I was at work and a guy friend of mine- Jared, who is also a friend and I were talking about my boyfriend Andy who used to work at the store but on a different shift. Andy is more... flamboyant and Jared likes to make fun of him because of it. I don't usually talk about Andy with Jared around because he likes to make fun of him. See, I used to like Jared and he knew it but things didn't work out between us so we're just friends. Jared likes this girl who keeps playing him for a fool and he keeps chasing after her. She keeps playing him and I think that he is just jealous that I found someone special and everything. Well, we were talking and he called me prissy. I don't really get what that means. He called me prissy because I don't have a "type". I like bad boys and guys that are more flamboyant-like. He keeps joking that I'm the man in the relationship. What does he mean when he calls me prissy?
