It depends on where you are living. In some places LEGALLY its fine to marry your first cousin but its definitely socially unacceptable in most countries.

It's very taboo and frowned upon in western society, but in other places such as Japanese for example, it's only immediate family that is off limits and marrying your cousin is normal to their culture. But to answer your question, no of course it's not illegal to kiss your cousin.
