What would you think if you heard a Grandfather say to his Grandson "I miss you, sexy butt"?

Then he pinchs his butt. Would you think he was just being playful or would you think that was an inappropriate thing for a Grandparent to say and do to his grandchild

This is based off a Dr. Phil episode that aired yesterday and the Grandfather is accused of molesting his Grandson and the video of him saying that to his grandson, is what they used as evidence to convict him. Whether he did what he's accused of or not, I don't know. What I do know is, any adult saying that to a child is just beyond creepy and just totally wrong.

He was five and the whole reason the guy got charged in the first place is because the little boy told someone his step grandpa was touching him inappropriately.
