Is it normal for siblings to tie each other up?

My older sister did this to me more than a few times when I was growing up. I just thought it was part of growing up but noone I know has similar stories. Is it a normal thing? Has it happend to anyone else?

I mean, just for child playing purposes? I think your good. When I was in highschool we duct taped a person's hands together, big mistake, we ended up having to pull it off. 😔 My dad put his sister into a metal rocking chair hooked up to an electric fence, so I guess kids will be kids.🙃
