For one don't shave the hair on your belly because it does disappear after you have the baby. Second, once you're so big towards the end you really don't give a shit about the hair because either you need a mirror to shave or you just have to hope for the best and shave blind lmfao also after you have the baby you will most likely have stitches so you won't be able to shave until they're gone.

Frankly, am fine with the little hair as for I have previously met attractive girls in my life with a bit of hair on their arms or back or tummy, etc... they are just not much noticible in my opinion.

I don't mind if a girl did not totally shave the bushes down their, as for it is not really healthy according to medicine and medical articles. Personally I used to take down my own bushes till a doctor suggested not too and explained the reasons. But she said I could trim them, as for it is safer and it makes you psychologically feel cleaner.
In case my SO wanted too clean her hair during pregnancy then it will be my pleasure to help her out, and the bushes could be taken out by trimming tenderly with a machine or use some cream to take the hair down.
My ex girlfriend used to use a cream from the drug store that removes the hair without the need of shaving with blades.
If I get pregnant by someone and not the sperm bank, I'm really not gonna give AF about shaving once I'm pregnant tbh. Gonna be too busy rubbing my belly and singing to my baby bump and being obsessed with that.
