The front guy. The last guy is wearing horizontal stripes which just gives the appearnce that he's fatter. The guy in the middle is wearing a suit and is greying i would say do to mounting health issues and the fact that he care about his appearance means he's more likely to be watching his weight. This leaves the guy in the front... He's by deduction carrying the most weight.

Meh... A simple force and moment balance will show you that the guy in the middle carries ALL of the weight with the guys on the side carrying absolutely nothing.
