You can let him massage your feet and teach him, by showing him a map of the pressure zones and the associated areas of the body, that in China, this is a practice that is very much appreciated for the benefits of the body.
The feet, but in particular the soles, are basically a reflection of the entire body and massaging a specific area of the sole can impact on digestion, head aches and so many more.
I would, however, not let him kiss your feet and rubbing his face on them.
It may sound endearing but you have to teach him to keep a certain distance.
Massaging for the benefit and relaxation of the body is good but I would limit it to that.

Well he is a little young but obviously he is starting to discover his tastes and he's gonna have a serious foot fetish. However I don't think there is anything wronged long as you're comfortable and if you're not a quick talk about personal space and where to draw the line and he should be fine.
Yeah that's a little odd but kids are odd, if it still wants to do it when he starts to hit puberty I would say take him to a psychologist
