How can I convince my parents to let me switch rooms?

Upstairs near my brother and sisters bedroom there is a guest room that no one is using. My room is next to my parents but my room is at least 3 times smaller than my siblings room because it used to be a laundry room. And it is technically is because there is a washing machine and a dryer in it. i’ve asked my parents a couple of times if i could move rooms with the guest room but they’ve always said no. I’ve asked why but they would just ignore me and leave me unanswered. When we moved into this house my siblings were around my age right now and they have amazing rooms but i do not. Also my room has no ac and everyone else’s rooms do and right now it’s summer and it’s sooo hot. The guest room has an ac so i could just move up. I also promised my parents that i would still hang out downstairs a lot and i would only sleep at night in the bedroom upstairs. I don’t know what to do. please tell me how i can get them to let me switch rooms
