Can a opposite gender teen sibling bath together if they have only one bathroom and want to get ready soon is it okay and parents point of you will you allow it?

It depends on how large the bathing situation is. If it requires them to have a lot of body on body contact, then no. If they are normally used to a nudist like situation, where they can bathe/shower without much body contact, then OK.

I think same rules as sleeping in same bed really but i say once they hit teen years its a bit odd unless one of them is teen and the other is like a toddler

Sound like the start of a bad porno lol. If they were little kids, it'd be a different story, but as teens, they're starting to develop their sexuality and probably shouldn't be naked together.

Yes, but it'll be awkward because even though it's a sibling it is still someone of the opposite gender naked near you. Arousal will happen if you are teens.
