As far as I know Watson is German. pathfinder and bloodhound are only affected because if they weren't it would nullify caustic's ability and drop pick rates. I think it's kinda dumb to have a character with a mask and two who legitimately don't have to breath be affected but, at the same time other abilities don't make much sense either. Like lifeline "healing" both revant and pathfinder like a normal person and not just repairing them because their robots. But at the end of the day it's a game about shooting people and having fun and not about logical inconsistencies
