Basically my friend who doesn’t know about my hatred for Eastern Europeans told me his friend wanted to meet me and I would like them, he told me they were from the Czech Republic so I was expecting his friend to be a big bloke like me and I was planning to do him in but when my friend left and his friend arrived at my house it was a very small young Eastern European woman aged 19 who was only 5 ft 2 and underweight and her voice was so childlike and soft and to think I was going to iron out such a cute little thing is despicable when I’m 6 ft 1 and over double her weight is absolutely shameful. How can I get help for my racism and violence problems?

What is it that offense you about Eastern Europeans? I'm curious because although I know there is a lot of this kind of sentiment from the public and politicians alike, my experience of working with a whole bunch of them is positive.
Perhaps you're in competition with them whereas I am not.
