Mine are boomers. Born in the late 40s

I'm 34 and my "mother" (who I don't get along with and don't talk to) is currently 56 going on 57. So that would be the first of Gen X. My parents are Gen X.

Don't call me a Millennial though; Millennials are literally the worst generation to ever exist in human history. At least Zoomers give me hope for the species. Not the "social justice, non-binary" generation, though. God Millennials are f*cking pathetic...

My parents fall under the Greatest Generation. My Dad was born in 1906 and Mom was born in 1916. I and my brother fall under the Silent Generation. He was born in 1940 and I was born in 1945. My two girls are Gen X's. Sam was born in 1972 and Kate in 1977.

I hate being labeled a millennial honestly. One point I even heard that being a millennial meant turning to an adult in the year 2000. I thought that what it meant for the longest time. I think that makes more sense. Anyways I drink Starbucks everyday and feel entitled to the world and have to be social butterfly and most of the reason covid still around spring break my ass. I relate more to old school generation X and I'm 38!

Your parents were born during the Kennedy Administration, like me and President Obama. There WAS a term for us: "Tweeners" because we were born between the Baby Boomers and those born in 1965ish and beyond (what we now call Gen X). Ironically, Gen X is bullshit too because when Douglas Coupland's book "Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture" came out in 1991, the characters were born 30ish. (Coupland is born in December 1961.)

That group that includes me and your parents have also been called "Cuspers" or "Generation Jones".
