Why would someone want to follow you if they bullied you back when you were in school?

Like they don’t understand I don’t want them following me I have hit X some many times they still keep requesting I don’t understand? Like why now after years that I have not seen this person, like yes I have forgiven and forgotten this person but it’s so weird to me. There not an enemy but I just never liked the person was not nice to me.

Maybe they feel bad about it and want to apologise? I understand why you wouldn’t want to be contacted by them though. Have you seen the video of the guy at a council meeting who confronts his former bully who is now the head of the school council?

No but this is different I blocked him actually I will unblock him. Im pretty sure he isn’t sorry back when I went to school with him I comforted him about what he was doing and he acted like he wasn’t doing anything mean. I just knows he follows my best friend because her account is public mine is not. He likes her pictures and sees her stories I had an event for work and she posted it about it. He viewed her stories and liked her pictures I don't know if that’s important. I have a problem with people in the past treating me bad and never saying sorry then wanting back in my circle. Yes my pages on social media is my circle at least on Instagram you have to be special to follow me. I don’t just let anyone bc of creeps and so many other people being not normal online. He can easily message me but the problem is he didn’t know what he did affected me bad he is a jerk and mean.
