well first thing would be finding out how they have an account, you need to be 18 or have parent permission, which if you just found out, means they don’t,

Then you need to look at various media laws appertaining to under 18’s and NSFW classification, such as IARC (used by gaming Creators etc).

You can ‘potentially’ accidentally end up in problems if you are found to be allowing a minor to produce pornographic media from home.

Only Fans have a problem at the moment with 15-16 year olds having sites.

for the UK it’s grey from 16 to 18 as age of consent and marriage kick in at 16.

There are other areas such as running a business from home and knowingly allowing a minor to circumvent or break laws.
