How would you react if this happen to you 😭💔 ?

How would you react if you woke up in the hospital without knowing what happened or anything and than a doctor came up and told you "stay calm, but this will be hard really to comprehend, you were in an accident, and you have been in a coma for 40 years. Your partner remarried/meet someone else, your friends stopped coming to visit you 30 years ago and your parents aren't alive anymore" ? Do you think that you would be happy at all for waking up or would you rather not.

Well I'm happy she met someone else, and I'm not going to begrudge friends not coming for decades when I'm essentially a vegetable. So, ill go to the nearest range, rent a pistol and check. Most of my life is gone. Everything would be gone and I'd no longer be able to live as I see fit. So I won't stock around.

Yeah i would feel the same and i wouldn't be able to live after that long without no one or nothing but we don't have guns so i would jump from the highest building

Realize that I'm 52 now so Im 92. I think my first question would be how my investment portfolio looks? Obviously Im not going to be able to work. I can't imagine the hospital bills. So what kind of quality of life could I expect at that age with that kind of debt?

Yeah i'm stupid i should have said if you were my age 19 years old than how would you feel 🤣 What is an investment portfolio? I guess you live in the US otherwise hospitals are free. And i was gearing the question more to my age and not about debt but more about your family, friends and maybe in your case children

I do live in the US and hospital s are very very expensive here. An investment portfolio is the money I've used to buy a small percentage of various companies and different currencies. As an example I own a 100th of a percent or so of Disney. As that company grows so does the value of that small part.

My parents would both be dead as would, most likely my wife and any friends or associates. My children are about your age or older so my daughter would be 72 my youngest 62 so the relationship there would be odd at best. My grandchildren would be 40s and 50s so it would be interesting to meet them and see how their doing. I would assume that I have great grandchildren at that point so there's always joy in that. I would hope that my home is still ours with one of my kids living there.

Try to use what little time i have left to watch movies and tv i didn't get to see.
