Is that bullying?

I was at the store today and I ran into a friend. We talked for a while then we ran into a friend of my friend who works there. We were talking about its always sunny, and then we were talking about Danny deVito. My friends friend said that he calls one of his coworkers the Asian Danny deVito, because he's built like Danny deVito but he's Asian. Does that sound like bullying?
