Was this bullying that I've experienced?

I may have asked this before. I just don't remember the answers. Anyways, my freshman year of highschool i joined the wrestling team. This just happened one day for a few minutes but our coach had us stand in a group while he was talking to us and these two guys kept smaking my ass and giggling. It made me really uncomfortable and I quit the team shortly after. Was that bullying, or harassment or something?
