His name is Bleu (booboo is his nickname)
He is currently sleeping on my sundress I just took off and is looking at me like WTH... Why are you disturbing my beauty rest!
He's my sweet fur babe. He reads people so well. If anyone is sick or hurt he immediately lays with them. Many times he has come to people and massages the area which is bothering them. He is so gentle and calming.
Recently I been under a lot of stress. One day last week I was on a verge of a nervous break down. I could feel the panick rising, chest tightening, tears swelling up about to pour over. I went to my room shutting the door trying to compose myself as I don't want my children seeing me like that. No one noticed my destress but my cat did. He then proceeded to meow in a high panicked pitch and begun scratching at the door to the point of rattling it... Out of fear for his paws I opened the door. He jumped on the bed then into my arms still meowing frantically. I then bursted into silent tears holding him. I laid on the bed holding him for a while. He never complained or attempted to leave. When I calmed a bit he wiggled his way to my shoulder and began massaging me until I fell asleep.
He really is an amazing kitty and I'm not saying this as a bias pet owner. I honestly know I am very lucky to have him.

My wife's cat's name was Sweet Pea. She truly was sweet. She loved us both, but loved my wife more I think. She died almost 4 years ago. She was 21 years old. I was the last human to touch her and the last human face she saw. She was looking right at me as she slipped away from life.

Actually, I say my wife's cat, but when my mother came to live with me, she became my mom's cat more than my cat! I think she preferred females.

This is Miss Ana. She started life as a feral kitten for her first five months, was captured by the Humane Society, and then OlderAndWiser paid the ransom and rescued her! She has been with me for three years and has become very tame. She greets me every afternoon when I come home from my office.
