Weird people in this generation?

It's weird how people say they want to talk. We have a good conversation and then they ghost you. Like emm why? That person is online but will pretend nothing happened. Why not just say you don't want to talk? Something is really wrong with current generation.

There are a lot of factors that should be taken into consideration. They might be online but you should also consider that they have to tend to things happening in real life. Maybe they had to walk away from the computer to cook or tend to a family member. Also, the beauty of our advanced technology is that we can now do a whole bunch of things at the same time, so it’s easy to get distracted by other things. Maybe they don’t explicitly say that they can’t talk right now because they don’t want to interrupt your conversation, and they just plan to respond a little later. But at the same time, people are also not obligated to respond at your preferred pace.
