What gifts do dads generally like receiving on their b-days and Father's day?

May 22 is my father's b-day and June 19 is father's day. He doesn't ask for gifts and his words are always ''You're all I got. That's my best gift. I don't need more''.

Yet, I still try either making him his favorite meal, getting him a Baileys Irish Cream liquor or shoes. For guys that are dedicated fathers or know of someone that's a loving father, what gifts you like receiving the most on your b-day and Father's day?

Even though he doesn't ask for gifts, I feel he deserves so much more. He did the best he could do after my mom's (his wife) childbirth death. Growing up, he fit all these roles; besides being my dedicated dad... he was also my chef (sometimes he like switching ingredients and make new things he learned), my house cleaner, my best friend, my counselor, my guide, my handyman, etc. It's like he fit many hats.

Of course he deserves the best.
The thing is, either it's Moms or Dads
They will be the most happiest when you give them something that has deep meaning to it... for example Worlds best dad etc
Small tip... when you give him a gift just make a little note and write something meaningful and you'll see how happy he will be

Young children- something they made or are excited to give me. Could be literally anything

Older kids- come to visit and spend time with me

One of our biggest gifts are when we as parent (s) give you love and care helping you grow and now its your turn to go out in the world and represent your parent (s) by giving back to us what we gave to you and then you pass that on to your children... on and on. Any gift great or small theat tokens that reality is so meaningfull.
