Best friend cut me off for no reason, but still watches my stories?

My best friend and I were joined at the hip for 5 years, but about 6 months ago she just started avoiding seeing me out of nowhere. I tried reaching out several times but I got one-word answers and suggestions to meet up, but she never followed through. We haven’t seen eachother in 6 months. Now, we don’t talk because I gave up but she’s always the first one to watch all of my social media stories. Should I delete her? It really hurts.
