Only friend cut me off?

Hi guys so my only friend cut me off. I know her 10+ years and I got no explanation. I can tell you I have done nothing at all to her expect maybe I have been really over bearing with my depression lately. I was angry but now i am upset. Did I not deserve an explanation even?

Let me give you an example. Sometimes people choose to be negative/pessimistic, because, they believe, if they prepare for the worst possible case scenario, whatever happens will always be better. Unfortunately, being around a negative/pessimistic person is very draining, and that negative/pessimistic person rarely considers how that person's choices impact others.

I'm not telling you to hide your depression, but understand how being around a depressed person can impact others. For her own mental health, she may have felt a need to distance herself from you. You may be wrapped up in your own issues and totally unaware of hers.
