Would you reply to someone who ghosted you for no reason?

If someone ghosted you for no reason ( no fight, no drama, nothing), and they came back after months/years, would you reply to them? Especially if the message is not even an apology or an explanation, but just a random "hey, how are you?".

Well i still reply tho but i think ur case not the same as mine.. like he had a crush w me so did i, but then i made thing that can be make him jealous and he gone after that and came back again.. so i still text him but not like i used to, like short n kinda sarcasm lol but if he still talk to me i think the way i talk can be back like i used to cuz slowly it will be connected

For me it depends how long it’s been, if only a month I probably would reply but asking why they ghosted me. If it’s been months or more than I wouldn’t waste my time unless I’ve moved on and would like to be just friends.
