Is it ever ok to get revenge on a narcissist or did I do something stupid?

He was a user and a lying narcissist. Even worse, he was co-worker too. With the help of two friends, we got him fired and kind of ruined his reputation.

I've blocked him but suddenly I received a text from another unknown number. It read ''Hi (my name) this is our secret, I know what you did.'' If a narcissist enjoys using others is it ever ok to get revenge did I do something stupid?

Now I'm reading these type of people will ruin you more for trying to ruin them. Part of me feels I just did something stupid. This isn't just a typical jerk. This is a real life legitimate narcissist.

Girl I’m in the process of getting someone fired because they’re not legally allowed to do the work they’re doing and are lazy asf which makes patients suffer. I’m prepared to see her tomorrow and if she approaches me on some fighting shit, she’s gonna get mopped and rag dolled up and down the work hallways by me. I'd ignore the text message for now. If it continues, and if it becomes more of a direct threat, then you've got a legit reason to contact da police.

I was one of his ex gfs he used. I found out he was a lying, scam artist (he owes money to another ex girlfriend too) and I also found out he was married.

My revenge was about getting him fired from work with a false accusation (that's the only thing he's innocent in but he can't prove it) and causing his divorce. Yes he's definitely pissed off for sure. I let anger get the best in me and now I'm scared.

Well, what's done is done. He doesn't sound like the type of person who will move on from this, so you might have to get the cops involved, and perhaps a restraining order if it escalates.

I'm glad that poor wife (well ex wife) divorced him and he lost. The only real victim is their poor children, there is a 12 year-old girl and an 8 year-old boy involved. They didn't deserve to have a narcissist father like that.

by the way, not sure if this is the best advice but my thought is that you should NOT block the new random/unknown number. Keep the receipts, so to speak, so that you might have something to use against him if/when it escalates further.

Thank you for letting me know not to block it. I'll save it and hopefully things don't get out of hand. For sure, he's not going to just forget about it. But yes I'll still be on the lookout if anything seems shady.
