Is it bad if I am hugging a girl and my chest is against her breasts?

I with my friend on the last day of school and she wanted a hug so of course I did because I didn't want to be rude but once I started hugging her I instantly realized my chest was against her breasts I didn't know if I should feel bad about it or if it was normal.

That's pretty much the only way to hug someone unless you hug then side on or from behind. It's just a hug.
