I don't wish bdd on my worst enemy it's complete torture I'm suffering does anyone else with this illness feel the same how do u cope is your family and friends and s/o fed up with u are u repeating asking them how u look and do people put u down?

I don’t really cope tbh. I have my best friend buy me clothes because I panic being anywhere with clothing in it. Therapy sorta helps but doesn’t fully get rid of the issue 😣
