Only in the limited context of this video, I would say that the woman crossed the line. But such limits crossings are done in villages and if you consider a society like S. K. then a definite crossing is seen. The city scenario is completely different. People do mind their own business only.

I, personally, do not condone this behavior. Instead I also feel that along with girls, boys should also be taught some things that can help in such situations.
