Why is the eye care place telling me to come in at 7:45 am when they aren't open until 8:00 am?

I have an eye appointment at 7:45 am but I looked online and it says they aren't open until 8 am. Should I just arrive at 8 am or should I arrive at 7:45 am and wait outside for 15 minutes?

Bc people today are late a lot or don't even show and don't bother calling. My Dr always schedules me like that too to make sure I'll be there.
