I don’t base my self worth on human beings because the bible says the average person is not righteous before God so why should I let the average person measure or judge my value? I’m not hateful to people or think I’m better but only God’s opinion should be trusted

Yes, there's something psychologically wrong with you. If a cat were a person, you wouldn't like him at all. Who wants a friend that demands that you feed him, clean up his crap, watch him lay around and lick his butt? I mean, sure, he'll let you stroke his fur and butt is head against you once in a while. But, this isn't love. It's purely selfish.

If you can't find human friends better than your cat it is understandable. Humans can be liars, untrustworthy, betray you and do many more things to harm another. Cats will always be loyal to a human if you treat them well.

My Mom always told me if I'm looking for a SO that is loyal, always there for me, always listens, I'm #1, etc., then get a dog. So I don't think it's pathetic that your cat is your best friends.
