Do parents ever feel disgusted or hate changing their child's diapers?

I'm not a parent yet, but yeah, I've changed the diapers of my baby niece and nephews once or twice, and it truly does feel disgusting. If you're doing it for the first time, you feel like throwing up just from the sight and smell of it all. But after doing it once or twice, you get used to it.

I did ask my mother once though, if she ever felt disgusted changing mine or any of my siblings' diapers when we were babies and she simply replied with a no. I recall her saying the exact words; "all three of you came out of me, so technically you're a part of me too. If I don't feel disgusted washing or cleaning myself, why would I feel disgusted washing any of you guys?"

It's a lot like taking care of your own bathroom needs, you just do it.

I also take a moment to talk to them while doing it and give them a tummy tickle or a hug before letting down to run around more. It doesn't have to be a negative thing.

Only when they get to 2-3 right before potty training and they start taking full on huge shits then its gross. Before that like little baby poops are adorable and I actually love changing them. Even tho I do cloth diapers and also have to do extra cleaning after it's still not that gross when they are little babies.
