Do the windows shake when you snore? Can no one hear the T-Rex outside your house when you are in dreamland? Does your bed roll and sway so much that your family think it's an earthquake? Fess up!

Snoring occurs when the soft tissues of the throat relax, and the air flowing past causes them to vibrate. Certain anatomy, such as a low, thick, soft palate or long tonsils, may crowd your airway, making you susceptible to snoring. Nasal congestion exacerbates the problem by forcing mouth breathing and increasing throat tissue vibrations. Excess weight is another snoring culprit, says sleep expert Dr. Robert S. Rosenberg, who is board-certified in sleep medicine. The extra fat around the neck narrows the air passage.
Pregnant women have an increased likelihood of snoring, primarily due to weight gain. In a study published in the journal BMC Pregnancy & Childbirth, researchers found that in expectant women, snoring rose from about 8% in the first trimester to 21% in the third trimester.
Smokers also are at a higher risk for snoring. The tobacco habit triggers mucus production and congests the airway — a surefire way to up snoring risk. ref Mayo Clinic
I have sleep apnea I have to use the CPAP machine. Sometimes I even stopped breathing in the 17 a night. When you sleep on your back to ton falls back to get through your mouth cause need to breathe through your sinus cavities which I believe produced snoring!
"snoring comes from vibration of structures inside the throat, most commonly the soft palate (back of the roof of the mouth). At the most basic level, snoring occurs in some people because the muscles in the body relax during sleep, allowing these structures to vibrate as air flows by them. When people are awake, these muscles are active, and the structures are much less likely to vibrate during breathing."

I don’t snore but I am bummed that someone else knows about the snoring while on your back and the vapor lock.
I snore but if the fans on I do not snore. I don't know the science behind that. In basic I use to piss off the whole bay cause I snored but luckily I wasn't the only one hahaha but if I have the fan on I do not snore
So if one of your Instagram fans is turned on you don't snore?
I once stayed up all night to see if I snored and I didn't
I can guess no one was in bed with you or you would have found out for sure.
Well, his snoring could have woke himself up, as it does for me!
I do and have awakened myself with it... LOUD !!!
Me TOO!
I receive a FIRM nudge which wakes me up and allows me to roll over onto my side.
I do but I never hear it
This is why God invented the CPAP.
Yes... if I'm really tired watch out. Lol
