How short is the shortest amount person you know?

there's a few acquaintances I have that are from Southern Mexico where there's a fraction of the population that tends to be shorter than the average, some of them are between 4'7" and 4'11" in height, mostly women...

but I also have a couple of friends, girls... that are not from that region but they're very petite as well... around 4'10" I would say

The shortest (fully grown) person I know is 4'9". The top of her head barely reaches my chest.

I go to Mcdonalds every week. The Hispanic women that work there are all under 4'10. I think the shortest is like 4'6
