At what height would a person be referred to as short?

I mean at what height would a guy be referred to as "the short guy" and at what height would a girl be referred to as the "short girl" ?

Damn, I'm considered short by literally everyone who answered except one girl. I always thought of myself of average.

But yeah, for girls 5'0 and under is definitely short and for guys 5'2 and under, I guess.

Well, average height varies depending on where you live, but I'd probably consider 5'6" and under to be short for a guy and 5'2" and under to be short for a girl.

Short guy would probably be like 5'4" and under I guess, short girl would probably be 5'2" and under or so.

Of course, keep in mind this is strictly for my age group so not everyone has fully grown, haha.

I'm 4'9 and people consider me short. Can't really say for the guys though. Unless they're shorter than and are my age or older they're kinda tall to me.

Shorter than me, and I'm 5'6 and a half-ish. I think it's a matter of how tall you are. If someone is taller than you they're tall...if someone is shorter than you, they're short.

Well, she's short too. I'm 161, and I'm considered very short here. Men are usually around 190cm and girls around 170 (or a little taller). In Croatia.
