What height is generally considered "short" for a man?

I consider 5"6 to be short for a guy but I've liked guy shorter than 5"6 cause they had good personalities.

Depends where you live, in the US the average is around 5 ft 9 in, in the UK is 5ft 10in, I'm from the North of England my height is 6ft 2in.
