At what height is a guy considered short?

For the record, I'm 5'8.5". I workout 5 days a week with 6 hours per day and I'm generally considered intelligent/friendly. However, I've been deemed short my whole life (Short bloodline so I can't help it) and as a result, my self confidence has been well into the negatives for most of my life. I purely want to know at what height does shortness begin.

Anything under six feet for a modern adult male is considered 'not tall' (aka short) by most decent human beings.

Answer: Anything under 6 feet/183 cm for adult men, in my opinion.

Who cares? Some women will find you attractive, some won't. I'm the same height as you and had no trouble attracting partners after I got divorced. My brother's 5-7 and has no trouble attracting women.

Sure, some women will be fixated on finding a tall partner. So what? There are plenty of lovely women who aren't, and you only need to meet one of them.

I'm 5'7 and I always had an excessive amount of self confidence.
I don't go to the gym, I do play sports sometimes. Height isn't really an issue until you get down around 5'4, but even my son had girlfriends when he was 5'3.
It's more about how attractive your face is, and what your personality is like.

Texas. Most people tend to be short here but merely being seen as average or below isn't something I want to seen as.

I did a quick search. The average male height is 5'10 for that state.
White men 5'10, black men 5'9, Asian 5'7 and you're somewhere between that so that's good. Not short.

You probably look even shorter if you are bulky. Musculature figure with short stature makes one look short term than they are.
