When I was younger, I saved my friend from choking to death, he was truly on his way out. I also saved a friend from being raped and possibly murdered about 10 years later. They were both so drunk that they didn't even realize what happened. I don't care, I'm just happy they got to continue with their lives. They both went on to be successful people and have great families, great careers, etc.
Honestly, I don't think so. I was a hero at work a few times... decades ago.
I got up and made my wife some tea and a cappuccino at 5am yesterday. So maybe I got some hero status for a few minutes there...
I'm doing battle with a groundhog, hope I don't end up with a purple heart.
Mr. Wonderful! Your my hero 😘🦸♂️ I’m hook with cappuccino!

yes... back in the days, there were a bunch on high-school girls at the sidewalk by the bus stop and the high-school was just across that street but that day was rainy AF, so the streets were still flooding and flowing like rivers... they just could not see how they would get to the school without getting their shoes ruined lmao...
for me it was not issue... since I had my boots on I just went on my way to college, rivers or not... lol
and right at the middle of the street I was like oh well, it won't take long, it's just three girls... but of course, I ended up piggy-back ride crossing like a dozen of them...
a lot of shoes were saved that day!!
Not a hero... but I've got a Soccer Team of 11-15 year olds that I assist Coach. Sometimes they tell me more than I want to know-kids !! It is a good vibe.. even with the parents but i was prepared for Parent and Sport.-I was scholarship soccer kid at games where the full bottle of Gatorade thrown at another parent chaos and Cops ;-) Good Times !!
I teach a lot of students. 130 a week. MAYBE I'm one of their heroes, but I doubt it. I wouldn't want to be anyone's hero, anyway. No one listens to short guys. I'm just me and me alone.
You're probably someone's hero and you don't even know it. (I'm talking to everyone who is reading this right now.). So really think hard about your life and the example you are setting. Be the hero that they need you to be!
Thanks!
Probably not unless you count me giving a bunch of little kids free ice cream. 😂
My dog, she may mean the world to me, but I am the world to her.
I’ve had many small moments. But that’s part of life. Those little needs are placed in our path along the way, and we either choose to participate and help, or not. As for big hero. It wasn’t in the cards for me. As much as I wanted to sign up.
I'm sure your son does.
My brother told me he admires me, and my little cousin wants to follow in my footsteps, and i mentor her a lot
So ig that counts.
You're my hero 😘
So is @Fuentes and @Sixgunsound and also @aquariusmystery for holding down the fort in the old world despite rolling blackouts, food shortage, and rekord high gas prices
Record* but what can I expect from you
No worries 😊
@Bratsondanielle I thought she was American lol just another English person speaking down on our country.
Well you and I both know it's envy more than anything. How many Salvadoran do you hear going "oh is muuch bettteerrr in El salvadorrrrrr" yet they drag their pregnant wife and 5 little ninōs through desert mud River etc etc to reach th southern border...
No tiny cars no busses we just have affordable cars and the best Healthcare. My mama was just in hospital again. She doing alright thou. Imma fly down soon and nurse them both a bit
@Fuentes no no I'm the only one. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge. That's why half my posts about guns are so triggerhappy. I'm a southern Belle my dear. The reason I came to Colorado was my then boyfriend now husband had to go with his company up here and like my daddy said "Danny, there are daily flights " so I went
@Bratsondanielle oh I thought you were always Colorado lol you really from the hard-core south of Louisiana. I know they have country people in Colorado I have also been to Colorado seems decent but I can't do the grey skies & the snow lol
@Fuentes honey, in Colorado we say "if you don't like the weather in Colorado, come back in an hour" . It's true the winters are absurd!!! January 2nd this year we had negative 7 and I ain't talking no French modern celcinius degree bullcrap either. ÷ 7 Farenheit!! My husband and I took turns getting up and throw on the fireplaces during the night. It's cold!!! Y'all don't have that in SoCal. But mostly it's nice. Sky's been blue past 4 months except for a few days. I'm probably darker than you now (I had to cancel my white privilege card). But yeah it's different from Louisiana in lots of ways. It's definitely fun to experience and to drive in snow and mountains -- not at the same time mind you !! But yeah I was raised in the south by a hard-core 2nd amendment patriot daddy and a mommy who's a psychiatrist so I'm not taking any crap from nobody. My 17th birthday presents was a little purple pistol. (Thanks daddy 😘😘)
Lol the only thing in the mountains here is Mountain lions and yeah I grew up in WA and I hated the snow there so I hate all snow places. I need constant blue skies & palm trees haha and that's good after the Hurricanes Katrina I would never wanna live anywhere near New Orleans lol
Actually I’m Irish just unfortunate enough to live in the UK. Still wouldn’t dream of living in the US though. I like Australia
it is really unfortunate to live in the UK but I mean Ireland and the UK is basically the same thing right
No lol that’s like me saying the USA and Canada are the same country
@Aquariusmystery Canadians are pretty much just unarmed Americans
Nope🤦🏼♀️
@Aquariusmystery yep. A Canadian is a person without a gun, in a smaller car, and with a longer waiting time to go to a hospital. Basically an American without our benefits
I cent think of a single reason why anyone would want to live in America
Can't / can not... let me give you my biggest ones
Guns - defense/ government control
Healthcare - best in the world
Freedom of religion
Some of the Lowest taxes on planet earth
Even the poorest poor have at least one car
Cars and insurance is cheap compared to EU
Choose the school for your kid
... there are many more these are my favorites
I mean ask the 1,400 a day on the southern border from 115 countries and ask the other 800,000 who come in on visas every year from every country on the planet. They obviously can think of a reason good enough to do the entire immigration process
I have friends from Ukraine, France, Sweden, UK, Denmark, Russia, Greece, and as of last week I can add Italy to the list. Everyone come here throughout my lifetime on visa.
But hey, if you're happy riding bus and metro in London, I'm just glad to hear that. As long as your new king is a good guy, and hopefully Noone breaks in the apartment forcing you to hide and pray cuz u can't defend yourself and as long as you don't end up on a waiting list for a 4-bed room in socialist medicine hospital I'm sure it's quite cool
It was a typo and the NHS are brilliant. You’re actually deluded and brainwashed lmfao
Prob. they make me feel that way even thought they never call me that name.
My customers say I'm their hero when I fix their electrical problems.
Thank you for that. You are my hero too.
You never know that in most cases. Usually people talk that way after you are dead.
No clue, people call us heros, but we are just doing a job that for some strange reason we are able to do, that most people can not do.
Nothing heroic about that, we are just using our gift to help others.
LOL no way 🤣 This isn't the reality where I can get shit like that, that's just not how it will ever be for me.
Lol no I’m no hero. I am an inspiration to a few people though and have genuinely changed lives and inspired people to make a change for the better.
So there’s that.
I am nobody's hero.
i’ve saved myself in more ways than one
I Willa be, to all who like comics, manga, and Conga
My family my GAG girl
and my buddies
It's pretty hard to identify as someone's hero.
Yeah
Maybe.
