Does my friend have mental issues?

So im 23 and I went into my friends room. she's 20. I noticed her room kind of smelled a bit. She had a large rug in her room. She told me that sometimes at night when she needs to pee a little and she doesn't want to walk to the toilet down the hall that she just pees a bit on the rug. The kind of rug she has makes it look like nothing happened. But she has done it many times. Im kind of worried for her. Do you think she has mental health issues?

She's definitely got issues. I don't know exactly what to call them, but she has them.

I don't know. At minimum laziness if she can't walk down the hall to pee.
