Who would you choose to promote?

The one that often works 6 days a week and overtime and is on call when needed or the co worker that works Monday to Friday only

I have to look at the budget first. Can I afford to give the one who works six days a week and overtime a promotion and pay them more and allow them to still work those hours? If I give them the promotion do I need to cut out the over time? That might leave them making less money with the promotion

I’m more Monday mornings, Tuesday afternoons, Wednesdays…sleep off the bourbon, Thurs…we’ll see, and finally three day weekend.
