Black People names…wtf?

If this is considered racist I’ll take the heat. But as a marketer I look for the best way to communicate to people. Whats up with these names? They actually are pronounced beautifully, just spelled weird as fck. Rishanna and Jemika. Boom easy.

It's not just black people. Have you seen what all the white gen alphas kids are being named? Ill give you a few examples.. Jaxon is really just said like Jackson. Everleigh, charleigh is really said like just Everly and Charlie. Also the name Rayne is just said like rain.

All those spellings bother me so bad lol

Parent/s sometimes try to express their desire to be special by burdening their child with a name that will almost guarantee that they will never be taken seriously in the job market.
This phenomenon is not exclusive to any culture or race.
These sounds are effectively vanity "Names".
