Am I a bad person for drinking monster energy drinks when I promised my family I would stop drinking them?

I went to the e. r. a couple of weeks ago for a reason I don't want to get into. My mom, dad and brother were there. They told the doctor that I drink a lot of energy drinks and he advised against it saying that it could cause anlarged heart. I promised my family I wouldn't. I kept that promise until a couple of days ago. I'm drinking 2 monsters a day again. My brother asked me today if im drinking them and I said no. Am I bad person?

You’re not a bad person you need to be disciplined and focus and listen to your doctor. I never heard it causes something like that, but just don’t drink it.
