Is it ok to drink energy drinks everyday?

Nah bro I used to do this when I worked at an impact glass factory and since I was the handler lifting all the heavy glass, I did rely on energy drinks everyday and it fucked me up, you get headaches and stuff when you don't drink, it ruined my stomach I couldn't eat anything without a stomach ache and I surely don't recommend falling into a habit or addiction on energy drinks.

Yea they were glass panes but impact meant for hurricanes and shit, like the ones they put on skyscrapers in tropical areas I think

Energy drinks like any other drink coming in a can are not healthy.. especially on a regular basis

Like coke and other sodas they contain grossly high amount of sugars leading to weight gain and diabetes

And also they contain too much caffeine causing issues to your heart and blood vessels

And the issues the cause to your sleep goes without saying

Drinking them everyday might not be a good idea. When I drank energy drinks I only had them once in a while. And only half of one at that, not the whole can.
