Do you drink energy drinks?

I never drank energy drinks until I started working crazy hours and I’m usually not getting in the bed until 6:30 in the morning. I’ve always heard that energy drinks cause heart problems.

Celsius is my favorite energy drink. What kind of energy drinks do you drink?

The full sugar ones are just fucking excessive meal replacements!

To be honest, the "energy drinks" market is largely a scam. It's just soda's with a small shot of taurine and caffeine.

Most of these "energy drinks" are nothing more than flavour, soda and CocaCola level of caffeine - all for twice the price of a Pepsi!

as they can cause some trouble to some people, especially after it becomes a habit and possible excessive

I already got in trouble for drinking Coca~Cola every day (this during late teens/early 20's) so I'm not going to do it again with something that is actually worse, lol

difference is that now I actually enjoy it when I have one

when I was way younger, I would just drink it daily and although I enjoyed it too, it was just for the sake of drinking more and more of it, very much like an addiction, lol

I stopped drinking them 10 years ago, they literally ruined my stomach (very bad acid reflux and heartburns that I wasn't able to get rid of for almost 5 years), because of all the extremely toxic chemicals those energy drinks have inside of them. When you get a chance, read their ingredients and do some Googling, you will be Shocked how toxic and poisonous those chemicals are to a human body.

Nah. I tried them in college, but they didn't work. I'd literally fall asleep right after drinking them

The only one that has ever worked was the 5 hour energy. But i think it's because they're so disgusting they wake up the senses

No, because they arw awful for you, and the real way to get energy is to FUCKING SLEEP, and have healthy habits. It's really not that hard in the long-run, but all we seem to care about anymore is the short-term and instant gratification

I do and I definitely can see the heart thing... My heart goes crazy sometimes when I drink pre workout in the morning.. Almost like it's going to pop out of my chest.. I mainly drink Monster low calorie energy drinks.. A bit too much.. LOL..

Although occasionally drinking one energy drink is unlikely to cause any harm, it is probably wise to avoid consuming energy drinks. I occasionally drink.

I stopped drinking energy drinks because they are addictive and very bad for your health. I used to drink a lot of them every day but I'm happy I'm not drinking them anymore
