I make coffee in the morning but have never and would never consume an "energy drink".
I never understood the reach for caffeine to treat nausea. People do it all the time and i am not surprised that it does not work. If fresh outdoor air helps because of oxygen, then caffeine, which increases oxygen consumption and raises requirements, does the opposite.
If you use it in the gym. You have to ask yourself why aren't you energetic enough without them. ㅤ
Virtually all energy drinks are terrible for you. High sugars, caffeine, and other stimulants that might give you a quick boost but really stress out your system. Persistent use can cause a lot of damage to your liver and kidneys, and make you pre-diabetic.
They're just concentrated sugar in a can.. ^gag^
tis why the dentists stay in business.
not one bit, no...
however, I've only tried the original one and that was centuries ago...
now I just hate on all of them for free... lol
Not really no, they never appealed to me, and in general I'm not a big fan of carbonated drinks.. and I don't really drink caffeine either.
Used to be big on RockStar and Monster for years (5 cans a week) but had to cut that out as your body catches up to the effects eventually
So called energy drinks are the worst shit that you can drink. You are much better off drinking a beer.
I think I tried one once... No happiness. 😔
Not really, I prefer natural juice or plain water.
If coffee is an energy drink, then yes. But I don't think that's what you had in mind.
Hell no. I drank half of a Monster Java and thought I was going to die
I use them, but i try to do so sparingly.
Only occassionally.
Nope.

I have a more natural and culinary-based approach to energizing myself. I prefer a refreshing matcha tea or an energizing shot of espresso for a boost. Each sip tells a story of craftsmanship and tradition. Matcha, with its vibrant green hue, reflects centuries of Japanese culture, while espresso embodies Italian passion and precision. These beverages offer rich flavors and emotional uplift without the artificial ingredients found in most energy drinks. 🍵☕
