Yes, I think it’s fine.
It’s a little more than I’d recommend, but it’s not terrible

I am 70 year old & used to weight over 335 lbs. now my weight is 262lbs & I still want to lose more weight & I haven't had one full bottle of any kind of pop in years, I drink only water & Crystal Light drink mix, it is sugar free & caffeine free & I drink 48 to 64 Oz. of these in a day & night in 24 Hr. It should be OK if you get plenty of exercise and have your fruit and vegetables. Try to cut it back to 1 12 ounce can per day. Put it in the freezer just before freezing and then drink it. It’s really refreshing that way. By the way, who’s your favorite NFL football team?
Not really. I stopped drinking soda over a decade ago. They started making me sick.
I hit the first option, but I meant to hit the second one

Probably not. The latest research suggests that there is no safe dosage for alcohol, it damages from the first gram. I have the feeling the same recommendation will come for sugary drinks.
I drink one little bottle a day, sometimes two if I feel I need it. I try to stick with the little bottle a day. That stuff can make you fat.
I think one is fine. It's the people who drink 17 that eventually have problems.
The last few weeks, I've been downing almost 2 liters a day.
@FunkyMonkee it's like people only discovered Pepsi post Covid, where as it was in all the 1990s movies for years 🥤🥤🥳 trying to get a market hold lol off Coca Cola 😆
@mysteriousNicholas Pepsi's been around for probably 100 years, or better!
You couldn't PAY ME to drink anything made by Coke!! I tried some of their stuff decades ago and it always fucked up my stomach!! On top of that, some people use it to clean the gunk from their car engines!! I don't think I wanna drink anything like that.
Yess
