Am I wrong for not liking a kid?

I don’t like my girlfriends foster son.

He’s 9.

My girlfriend fosters kids with behavioral issues, & his case is progressively worsening.
I don’t like him because he doesn’t respect me as an adult, he thinks I’m a child.

He thinks he can tell his mom on me & I’ll get in trouble somehow.

He loves to Tattle Tale.
He thinks telling on everyone makes him better than everyone. He loves cracking jokes on people trying to make his mother laugh.

He cracked jokes on me for an entire care ride. My girlfriend was laughing because she could tell I was getting irritated.

He thought she was laughing at his jokes so it kept fueling the fire… If I was his age I would’ve reached back & punched him in his mouth.

I just don’t like him..

Your girlfriend needs to tell that kid to not make fun of you or anyone. She should explain to him, it will make people sad and hurt. If she is a foster "MOM", she should tell her son about what's right and wrong, what's funny and not. Yes, he might have behavioral issues, but he is still a person, and if he has the knowledge to make fun of you, your girlfriend needs to tell him to stop, instead of laughing with him. Her reaction will only encourage him to do more. I have worked with kids with behavioral problems (im a nurse and it was part of my clinical rotation). There, we've seen kids with a lot going on, but us nurses tell them what a proper and improper behavior is. He won't grow out of his habit, unless you address it. I know it's hard for you and yes it will be harder for your girlfriend to tell him because of his situation. But she needs to talk to him before he starts saying offensive things to others/strangers. That can get both of them in trouble. I'm sorry you had to go through this.

Openly tell your girlfriend about how you feel, don't be ashamed if she laughs at that (that's her immaturity). Seriously tell her and be stern about it. If she decides to talk to the kid, let her talk and you should talk about how you feel too with him. The correct interaction will help the child learn what's right and wrong. And tell your girlfriend not to laugh at these kinds of jokes/situations cuz it can mislead and encourage that child to say more things. It's okay to not like someone but he's 9, that seems normal to be a bit of an asshole when you're that age. And the fact that he cracks jokes to try and make his mum laugh is sweet. I've noticed that you're 18-24 so that could be why you have little patience and sound less mature.
